Shah Newaz Aziz

Shah Newaz Aziz is a Bangladeshi technology entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of Amar Fuel, a company focused on modernizing fuel station operations through automation and real-time monitoring systems. He founded Amar Fuel in 2022 while still completing his undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering, turning a real operational crisis at a local fuel station into a scalable technology solution. The company was born after Shah was approached by a station owner facing significant daily fuel losses due to undetectable theft. Over four months, he designed and built a real-time fuel tracking and monitoring system that dramatically reduced loss and improved operational transparency. That initial solution evolved into Amar Fuel’s core platform. Within two years, Amar Fuel expanded to serve more than 90 fuel stations across Bangladesh, providing real-time stock monitoring, theft prevention systems, automation hardware, and centralized reporting tools. Under Shah’s leadership, the company also introduced Bangladesh’s first self-service fuel station technology. The system was successfully deployed at Eastern Refinery Limited in Chittagong, demonstrating how legacy dispensers can be transformed into modern, automated solutions without expensive hardware replacement. Alongside building Amar Fuel, Shah has held professional roles as a software developer at TigerIT and Jamuna Tech, gaining experience in enterprise software systems and scalable architecture. His work reflects a commitment to practical innovation, cost-efficient engineering, and building locally developed technology that meets international standards. Shah completed his graduation while simultaneously scaling Amar Fuel, reflecting his strong belief in perseverance, disciplined execution, and purpose-driven innovation.
